(A) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, and may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed six months. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of § 114.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
