(A) No license issued under this chapter shall authorize any viewing by any person under 21 years of age unless the person is accompanied by a parent or guardian; both the licensee and the minor may be found guilty of a misdemeanor for violation of this division (A).
(B) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person who, with the knowledge that a person is under 18 years or age or who fails to exercise reasonable care in ascertaining the true age of a child, distributes to, sends or causes to be sent to, exhibits to, offers to distribute or exhibit any material harmful to minors.
(2) Material harmful to minors shall not be exhibited or displayed in any public place; the display shall constitute a separate offense.
(3) It shall be unlawful to falsify one’s age to view or obtain material harmful to minors.
