§ 113.43 TERM.
   (A)   Each permit for a masseur or masseuse, pursuant to this chapter, shall terminate on April 30 next following its issuance.
   (B)   Renewal shall be for a one-year term commencing May 1 and ending April 30 and shall be carried by the permit holder while engaged in employment.
