§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any section of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, for the first offense and not less than $200, nor more than $500, for the second offense and shall be punished as a misdemeanor for each subsequent offense by incarceration in the County Jail for a term not to exceed six months under procedures set forth in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 1-2-1.1, as amended, or by both fine and imprisonment, with the exception described in division (B) below.
   (B)   Any violation of § 113.03(C), (G), (H) or (I) shall be a misdemeanor punishable by incarceration in the County Jail for a term of not less than five days and not more than six months.
