(A) Limitation of number. There shall be no more than six vehicle repair shops and three auto body and fender shops in the village.

(B) Proximity.
(1) No license for a body shop shall be issued for a location within 1,000 feet of an existing licensed body shop.
(2) No licensee under this section may relocate within 1,000 feet of any other licensed body shop.

(C) Body work and painting by licensees of other businesses prohibited. No business operating within the village under the authority of a business license other than the business license for a body shop shall be permitted or allowed to do any body work or painting on any of its vehicles even when the vehicles are the personal property of the business.
