§ 112.06 FEES.
   (A)   In the absence of a provision to the contrary, all fees and charges for licenses or permits shall be paid in advance at the time application therefor is made to the Village Clerk. Except as otherwise provided, all license fees shall become a part of the corporate fund.
   (B)   All licenses described in this chapter shall be due May 1 each year and shall expire April 30 following the date of issuance and, when issued for a period of less than one year, the fee to be paid shall be the full annual fee when the license is issued to become effective between May 1 and December 31 and shall be 50% of the full annual fee when issued to become effective between January 1 and April 30.
