§ 110.080 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to erect, enlarge, alter or maintain within the village any sign without first obtaining a permit from the office of the Village Clerk and paying the fee required by § 110.083.
