§ 96.61 REMOVAL.
   It shall be unlawful to remove or cut down any tree or shrub in any street, parkway or other public place without having first secured a permit therefor. Applications for the permits shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall be referred by the Clerk to the Village President and Board of Trustees for approval before permission shall be granted.
