(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 96.01 through 96.19 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $200, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 96.30 through 96.34 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or on which a violation or failure to comply occurs or continues.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 96.45 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $10. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) Any person, firm or corporation who violates §§ 96.60 through 96.66 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
