(A) It shall be unlawful to maintain or erect any gasoline pump or tank in any public street, alley or sidewalk without first having secured a permit therefor from the Village President and Board of Trustees.
(B) No permit required in division (A) above shall be issued until the applicant furnishes a bond to indemnify the village against loss or liability, in a sum to be determined from time to time, for any loss or liability occasioned by the tank or pump.
