§ 96.06 DUTY OF VILLAGE EMPLOYEES TO REPORT DEFECTS.
   It shall be the duty of every village officer or employee becoming cognizant of any defect in any street, alley or sidewalk or any obstruction thereof to report the same to the Director of Public Works as soon as possible.
