§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during on which a violation occurs.

   (B)   If the owner fails to maintain property in a manner as described in § 95.08, there shall be imposed a fine in the sum not less than $50, nor more than $100, for each offense per day until corrected or otherwise. If the owner fails to rectify the situation within reasonable length of time given, the Director of Public Safety shall notify the Director of the Public Works Department to rectify the exterior violation at the sole expense of the owner of the premises.
