Owners shall be responsible for maintenance and repair of structures in accordance with the village code. Owner is required that exterior areas are clean and free from rubbish and garbage. Maximum height of eight inches is established for grass and weeds. All parking surfaces must be of hard pavement. Owners are responsible for rear alley line of the property and parkway. The property shall be defined as that which is owned by the owner as set forth in the legal description filed with the County Recorder’s office.
