(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, an owner, operator, manager or other person in control of an establishment, facility or outdoor area not covered by § 93.19 of this chapter may declare that entire establishment, facility or outdoor area as a non-smoking place.
(B) Smoking shall be prohibited in any place in which a sign conforming to the requirements of this subchapter is posted.
