(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the only acceptable animals that are lawful to be harbored or kept without being caged in the village are dogs and cats.
(B) It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep more than three dogs and/or cats per habitable dwelling in any residential or commercial area in the village.
(C) Any number of dogs and/or cats exceeding three in number harbored or kept in one location must be housed in a kennel licensed by the village.
