§ 91.04 WILD ANIMALS; BEES; POULTRY; MAXIMUM NUMBER ALLOWED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to harbor or keep within the village any animal which is considered wild and/or non-domesticable, except small animals that generally are accepted as pets; provided, the animal is housed within the owner’s dwelling in a cage which prevents the animal from running at large.
   (B)   No person shall harbor or keep more than three in number of any species of acceptable pets in the keeper’s dwelling, with the exception of fish housed in an aquarium.
   (C)   Bees and poultry are not permitted to be harbored or kept within the village.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful to operate, maintain or establish any chicken hatchery or establishment any place within the village.
