(A) No connections with a water main shall be made, except by village employees under the direction of the Director of Public Works.
(B) Any person, firm of corporation desiring to connect to the combined water works and sewerage system of the village first shall be required to obtain a permit therefor. The permit charge to connect to the combined water works and sewerage system shall be as follows for:
1-inch service | $300 |
2-inch service | $400 |
3-inch service | $500 |
4-inch service | $800 |
5-inch service | $900 |
6-inch service | $1,000 |
