§ 52.01 AUTHORITY TO START WATER SERVICE; REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No water from the village water supply shall be turned on for service into any premises by any person, but the Director of the Water and Sewer Department or some person authorized by the Director to perform this service.
   (B)   No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with this code; provided that, water may be turned on for construction work in unfinished buildings, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
