§ 122.06 RENTAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Guests. Guests renting a short-term rental unit must register with the licensee of the unit and provide: name, address, signature, dates of accommodation. Guests are required to rent the unit for the minimum length of rental, but not more than 30 days.
   (B)   Licensee. The licensee of the short-term rental unit must maintain the unit, including compliance with the safety requirements in § 122.08. The licensee must keep guest registration records on file for seven years and, upon request by any authorized village official, shall be made available for inspection by such village official in case of emergency. The licensee may not use any physical signage, including but not limited to billboards, posters, sandwich boards, flyers, or brochures, to advertise the existence of the short-term rental. The licensee is required to obtain and maintain liability insurance in compliance with § 122.07.
