(A) All members of the Police Department, including the Director of Public Safety, must reside within a 25-mile radius of the Village Police Department which is located at 1629 N. Mannheim Road, Stone Park, Illinois.
(B) Anyone presently employed on the Police Department must relocate within the boundaries described in division (A) above within one year of the adoption of this section. Any new officers must move into the village during their probation period as a condition of employment, whenever practicable.
(C) Full-time police personnel who are present members of the Police Department and who have passed their probationary period are authorized to live outside the village, but within the boundaries described in division (A) above, if they move.
