§ 31.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 31.02 by refusing to obey any order of the Board of Health or destroying, mutilating or concealing any notice posted by or under the authority of the Board of Health shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $50, for each offense.
