4-2-11: PENALTY:
   A.   A violation of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor. A person convicted of an offense may be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
   B.   Each and every day that violation of this chapter continues may be deemed to constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 98-2, 5-4-1998; amd. 2017 Code)
