4-2-6: PROOF OF SERVICE:
   A.   One (1) notice shall be deemed sufficient on any lot or parcel of property for the entire season of weed growth during that year.
   B.   The Code Enforcement Officer shall make proof of service of any notice given pursuant to section 4-2-5 of this chapter, under oath, and file the same in the Office of the Town Treasurer. (Ord. 98-2, 5-4-1998)
