4-2-4: PROHIBITED NUISANCES; EXCEPTION FOR WRECKING YARDS:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership or other legal entity owning or occupying real property in the Town to permit, cause or to allow:
   A.   Weeds: Weeds to be upon real property in excess of ten inches (10") in height within twenty feet (20') of any structure, or to permit weeds to exist between the sidewalk and the curb line of any street fronting such property, or to the pavement or street edge if there is no sidewalk;
   B.   Garbage And Other Deleterious Objects: Garbage, refuse, unsightly or deleterious objects or structures to exist upon such real property, unless in connection with a business enterprise lawfully situated and licensed for the same; or
   C.   Inoperable Motor Vehicles: Junked, wrecked, unlicensed, abandoned or inoperable motor vehicles to exist upon public property longer than seventy two (72) hours, or private property longer than thirty (30) days, except that up to two (2) such vehicles or parts thereof may be stored within an enclosed building or completely screened by a sight obscuring fence.
   D.   Exception For Wrecking Yards: Automobile impound and wrecking yards, which are lawfully established and operated within the Town, are regulated by State law and must conform to those laws. (Ord. 98-2, 5-4-1998; amd. 2017 Code)
