3-5-1: LOCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW WRECKING YARDS:
New businesses applying for a wrecking yard license must be located in an area zoned as industrial and must meet all State requirements for the location. (Ord. 2000-6, 7-10-2000; amd. 2017 Code)
