A. Specified: The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all persons and businesses described herein, whether the herein described activities were established before or after the effective date hereof and regardless of whether such persons and businesses are currently licensed to do business in the Town:
1. All such persons and businesses requiring outcall service licenses shall have thirty (30) days from the effective date hereof or until their current license expires, whichever is first in time, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
2. All seminude dancing bars and employees thereof requiring licenses and nude and seminude dancing agency licenses shall have sixty (60) days from the effective date hereof or until their license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
3. All nude entertainment businesses shall have sixty (60) days from the effective date hereof or until their current license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
4. All adult businesses shall have sixty (60) days from the effective date hereof or until their current license must be renewed, whichever is first in time, to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
B. Year 1993: For the year 1993, each business required by this chapter to be licensed as a sexually oriented business shall be credited against the fees required by this chapter with the regulatory license fees paid for the current 1993 license. (Ord. 93-1, 5-17-1993)
