It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business located within the Town to fail to display the license granted pursuant to this chapter in a prominent location within the business premises. It is unlawful for any individual licensed pursuant to this chapter to fail to carry their employee license on their person at all times while engaged in licensed activities within the Town. If the individual is nude, such license shall be visibly displayed within the same room as the employee is performing. It is unlawful to fail to carry or show the appropriate licenses while engaged in licensed activities within the Town upon request of the Chief of Police, Town licensing or other enforcement personnel or health official.
