A. Sexually Oriented Businesses: It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to employ or for any individual to be employed by a sexually oriented business in the capacity of a sexually oriented business employee in the Town unless that employee first obtains a sexually oriented business employee license from the Town.
B. Outcall Services: It is unlawful for any person performing outcall services to work or perform in the Town unless such person is employed by a licensed outcall service business or said person is licensed as an outcall service business. (Ord. 93-1, 5-17-1993)
