A. Required: Issuance of a business license does not excuse a licensee from compliance with applicable zoning, building, fire, health or other regulatory requirements. No license shall be issued without first obtaining in writing preliminary approval of the business location from the Planning Commission or a designee indicating that the proposed business complies with the Town zoning regulations. B. Notice Language: The following shall be printed on the face of each license:
NOTICE
To engage in the business for which the license is issued, you must comply with all County health codes and Town safety codes, including those relating to zoning, building and fire safety. If now, or in the future, you do not comply with these codes, this license does not authorize you to engage in business.
