A. Any development proposed within the Town boundaries shall assume all costs related to such development. Development, in this sense, includes individuals as well as subdivisions.
B. This shall include, but not be limited to: supplying adequate water rights for the development; providing means to irrigate the entire acreage where applicable; putting in all utilities; paving roads, installing curbs, gutters and sidewalks that meet Town standards; providing open space to the extent it is required by the Governing Body; protecting vistas that are important to the citizens of the Town; and controlling drainage water created by the development on the developed property.
