9-3-4: REHEARINGS:
There will be a sixty (60) day period within which a decision by the BBCA can be taken to the courts for an appeal. During that time period, the BBCA shall have the power to grant a motion and rehear the whole case. (Ord. 2000-13, 10-16-2000)
