9-3-3: CONDUCT OF HEARINGS:
   A.   The BBCA is legally empowered to hold hearings and to conduct investigations into disputes between the Building Inspector and any member of the public, and to pass judgment on matters in which the exercise of discretion is legal. Hearings must be public and held at the Stockton Town Hall Council room, unless other provisions are made by the Town Council.
   B.   An accurate record of the proceeding shall be kept in the form of simple minutes and each session shall be tape recorded. Every order and decision of the BBCA shall be handed down in writing to the Building Department, with copies to the Building Inspector and to the applicant. Orders and decisions shall specify as precisely as possible the exact reasons upon which the decision was based. (Ord. 2000-13, 10-16-2000)
