The purpose of impact fees is to provide necessary funding for capital improvements to public facilities, including water, sewer, electric power, storm drainage, pressurized irrigation, streets and roads, public safety, recreation or any other public facility authorized by Utah Code Annotated title 11, chapter 36a. Impact fees collected shall be used only for capital improvements to the public facility for which it was assessed. (Ord. 97-1, 5-5-1997; amd. 2017 Code)
