Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be an infraction and may be restrained by action of the Town Council in the name of the Town, and such violation shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense, and each day such violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1-80, 2-4-1980; amd. 2017 Code)
