A. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person to use such number of outlets simultaneously or to use such sprinklers or combinations of sprinklers or outlets as will, in the opinion of the Watermaster, materially affect the pressure or supply of water in the Town water system, or any part thereof. The Town Council may, from time to time by resolution, specify combinations or numbers or outlets which may have such effect.
B. Notice: The Watermaster shall, after a determination that such improper use exists, notify the affected water user, or the owner of the premises whereon such use occurs, in writing, and order such use discontinued and advise the user/owner that such continued usage constitutes a violation of this chapter.
