A. Applicability; Exceptions: The provisions of this section shall apply to all landscape within the Town. This section shall not apply in the following situations:
1. New lawns that require frequent irrigation for establishment purposes within ninety (90) days of planting.
2. Short cycles required for testing, inspection and maintaining irrigation systems.
B. Sprinkling Lawns: No sprinkling shall be allowed except in connection with other water service. No faucet, tap or other outside water source shall be allowed to run except when controlled by a nozzle which causes a visible spray or sprinkling effect, or if connected to a drip, soaker or bubble type hose. Outside watering hours shall be from six o'clock (6:00) P.M. to ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. In time of scarcity of water, whenever it shall be necessary, the Water Department or the Mayor shall, by notice to the water users, still further limit the use of water for other than domestic purposes, and in the Water Department or Mayor's discretion, provide that sprinkling shall only be used on alternate days, or prohibited entirely.
