A. A person or business entity which violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil offense punishable by a civil penalty in the following amounts, in addition to the forfeiting of the bond:
1. Five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a first offense;
2. One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a second offense; and,
3. Two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for a third or subsequent offense.
B. The civil penalties in subsection A of this section are in addition to all remedies available under this chapter, the bonds, and otherwise available at law and in equity. (Ord. 2019-09, 5-9-2019)
