7-5-22: TRENCHES IN PIPE LAYING:
The maximum length of open trench permissible at any time shall be in accordance with the existing ordinances or regulations of Stockton Town and if none exist, then the requirements of the Director and APWA. (Ord. 2019-09, 5-9-2019)
