The Director shall from time to time inspect or cause to be inspected all excavation activities being made in or under any public street, alley, public place, or right-of-way in the Town to see to the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Notice shall be given to the department in the form of a scheduled inspection before the work of backfilling any such excavation commences. (Ord. 2019-09, 5-9-2019)
