7-5-7: SIDEWALKS:

If any sidewalk or pedestrian path or right-of-way is blocked by any excavation work, a temporary sidewalk, path or right-of-way shall be constructed or provided which shall be safe for travel and convenient for pedestrian users. (Ord. 2019-09, 5-9-2019)
