6-2-2: ELECTRICITY RATES:
It shall be the duty of any person furnishing any lights to the Town to furnish electric lights at the crossings where lights or signals are to be maintained, at and for the same prices furnished by the Town for street lighting. (Ord. 07-01, 1-11-2007; amd. 2017 Code)
