8-13-6-5: REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS:

Each user must notify the Village of any significant changes to the user's operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater at least ninety (90) days before the change.

   A.   The Village may require the user to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under section 8-13-4-6 of this chapter.

   B.   The Village may issue an individual wastewater discharge permit under section 8-13-5-7 of this chapter or modify an existing individual wastewater discharge permit under section 8-13-5-4 of this chapter in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
