§ 150.01 DEVELOPMENT CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The City of St. Matthews does hereby approve, re-adopt and enact in full the full text of the Development Code for all of Jefferson County, Kentucky, including Zoning District Regulations, as in effect April 2001; along with all amendments to said version of the Development Code recommended by the Planning Commission, excepting only the following amendments, substitutions and additions:
   (A)   City of St. Matthews Ordinance 00-12, approving certain Development Code amendments recommended by the Planning Commission, but also modifying the R-4 residential single family side yard requirement and adding addition provisions in Section 9.8, relating to defining cemetery boundaries.
   (B)   City of St. Matthews Ordinance 06-01, adopting the motor vehicle parking and loading standards as contained in chapter 9 of the Land Development Code of Metro Louisville as amended.
   (C)   City of St. Matthews Ordinance 08-01, approving certain Development Code amendments to the definition of accessory uses.
   (D)   City of St. Matthews Ordinance 11-01, approving certain Development Code amendments to Article 6 and Article 15 relating to conditional use permits for restaurants with outdoor alcohol sales.
   (E)   City of St. Matthews Ordinance 13-01, approving certain Development Code amendments to Article 11 and readopting Article 11 of the Development Code relating to signs, along with modified language for freestanding signs.
   (F)   City of St. Matthews Ordinance 14-04, approving certain Development Code amendments to Article 11 and readopting Article 11 of the Development Code relating to signs.
