§ 92.11 STREET AND SIDEWALK OBSTRUCTION.

No person shall obstruct any street, alley, sidewalk, or the right-of-way within the city by erecting any fence or structure, or permitting any fence or structure to remain, with the exception of mailboxes and driveways that are otherwise lawful and compliant.
