No sign attached to a building or structure within 200 feet of any right-of-way line of a designated parkway shall exceed 80 square feet in area on any facade visible from a designated parkway at any angle or view; nor exceed the size limitations imposed by the district in which it is located or as required by the sign regulations (Article 11 of the Development Code for the City of St. Matthews.)
