(A) No freestanding business sign shall be located within 200 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way line of a designated parkway. Any freestanding sign between 200 feet and 500 feet from the nearest right-of-way line of a designated parkway shall not exceed 20 feet in height, and the face of any such sign shall not exceed 80 square feet in area; in addition, such a sign must meet the size limitations imposed by the zoning district in which it is located.
(B) No portable sign or banner (permanent or temporary) shall be permitted within 200 feet of the nearest right-of-way line of a designated parkway.
