Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity violating this chapter, or any provision thereof, shall be subject to a civil fine of not less than $100 for each such violation, and each day on which a violation exists or occurs shall be deemed a separate violation for which a separate fine may be assessed. A separate fine shall apply to each day the portable storage container remains on the property after the expiration of the permit.
