§ 96.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "PORTABLE STORAGE CONTAINER." Any type of temporary storage structure, including but not limited to the following:
      (1)   A transportable enclosed container which is delivered by truck or rail to a site and is off-loaded;
      (2)   A shipping container, isotainer, or intermodal cargo transport container by whatever name known;
      (3)   Portable On Demand Storage by whatever name known;
      (4)   A vehicle or trailer whose primary purpose on the property is to store personal property;
      (5)   A temporary building or structure, not otherwise covered by the restrictions of the Land Development Code;
      (6)   Dumpsters (defined as movable containers that are used to store discarded items or debris pending removal from the property) moved and emptied no less frequently than monthly, are not covered by this chapter;
      (7)   The fact that a portable storage container is without wheels is immaterial so long as the container is designed for or is capable of being moved or relocated.
