(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motor vehicle upon any street without being entitled to, eligible for, and capable of obtaining an operator's license, and without first having procured or obtained such operator's license from the state tax commission and without having such license in his immediate possession at all times when driving a motor vehicle, as required by KRS 186.400 through 186.640, except those therein excepted.
(B) No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle on any street if the operator's license has been revoked or suspended, while the license is revoked or suspended.
(C) All persons violating the above sections of the Kentucky Revised Statutes shall be arrested and prosecuted by the police department.
