(A) Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 113.15 or 113.30 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250 or by imprisonment for a term of not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, except that a corporation shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000.
